Odometer adjusting for swiped cluster need some tools:
first eeprom programmer DIY one
or purchase cheap one CH341A USB programmer
find cluster pinout for on bench power up (check odometer reading before adjust ) here
select the eeprom acoording to cluster model
using tachosoft for kilometer calculation select the right address in eeprom file here
for example Toyota camery 2007 cluster with eeprom 93c56
save old file for history and backup
change only kilometer values
reprogram eeprom with new data
power cluster up and check
enjoy
